We go to all events including vault, bars, beam, floor, tumble track, and trampoline. |

This class is designed for intermediate athletes who have completed at least 2 sessions of gymnastics. They should be working on proper skill progression and techniques following our Recreational Level Program. We go to all events including vault, bars, beam, floor, tumble track, and trampoline. Prerequisites (by herself):

This class is designed for advanced athletes who have completed at least 3 sessions of Intermediate Gymnastics. They should be working on proper skill progression and techniques following our Recreational Level Program. We go to all events including vault, bars, beam, floor, tumble track, and trampoline. Prerequisites (by herself):

We will be using the floor, tumble track and trampoline. |
Advanced Tumble & Tramp |

This class is designed for advanced athletes who have completed at least 3 sessions of Tumble & Tramp. They will be working on advanced skills in tumbling and on the trampoline including limbers, walkovers, round-offs, shape jumps, connections on trampoline, etc. They will be working on proper skill progression and techniques following our Recreational Level Program. They will develop concepts of agility, balance, coordination and spatial awareness through the use of springs, landings, locomotion’s, stationary positions and rotations. We will be using the floor, tumble track and trampoline. Prerequisites (by themselves):
