Please Note:
Our Recreational Classes will be working on Recreational skills. Athletes in our recreational program will NOT be learning handsprings, aerials or saltos (flips).
If you feel your athlete is at that level and working towards those skills please look into our Gems Program (Pre-Competitive) or Private Lessons.

Parent & Tot

16 months to 2 years

50 Minutes

Children should be walking, and are accompanied by 1 adult. They will practice movement, balance, strength, and coordination all while having fun climbing and jumping!  We go to all events including vault, bars, beam, floor, rope & rings, tumble track, and trampoline. 
Kindergym

3-4 years

50 Minutes

This class is designed for boys and girls who are ready to tumble and roll without assistance of a parent. They will practice movement, balance, strength, flexibility, coordination and the basics of gymnastics. We go to all events including vault, bars, beam, floor, rope & rings, tumble track, and trampoline.
Girls

5-6 years

7-8 years

9-12 years

This class is designed for beginner athletes working on proper skill progression and techniques following our Recreational Level Program. They will develop concepts of agility, balance, coordination and spatial awareness through the use of swings, springs, landings, locomotion’s, stationary positions and rotations. We go to all events including vault, bars, beam, floor, tumble track, and trampoline.
Intermediate Girls

5-6 years

This class is designed for intermediate athletes who have completed at least 2 sessions of gymnastics. They should be working on proper skill progression and techniques following our Recreational Level Program. They will develop concepts of agility, balance, coordination and spatial awareness through the use of swings, springs, landings, locomotion’s, stationary positions and rotations. We go to all events including vault, bars, beam, floor, tumble track, and trampoline.

       Prerequisites (by herself):  

  • Handstand (1 second)
  • Cartwheel
  • Bridge Kick-over (from raised surface)
  • Bridge Stand Up
  • Hip Pullover
Advanced Girls

5-6 years

This class is designed for advanced athletes who have completed at least 3 sessions of Intermediate Gymnastics. They should be working on proper skill progression and techniques following our Recreational Level Program. They will develop concepts of agility, balance, coordination and spatial awareness through the use of swings, springs, landings, locomotion’s, stationary positions and rotations. We go to all events including vault, bars, beam, floor, tumble track, and trampoline.

Prerequisites (by herself): 

  • Handstand (3 sec)
  • Bridge Kick-over
  • Handstand into Bridge
  • Backbend into Bridge
  • Back Hip Circle
Boys

    5-6 years    7-12 years

This class is designed for beginner athletes working on proper skill progression and techniques following our Recreational Level Program. They will develop concepts of agility, balance, coordination and spatial awareness through the use of swings, springs, landings, locomotion’s, stationary positions and rotations. We go to all men’s events including floor, pommel horse, rings, vault, parallel bars, and high bar. We also work beginner basics on beam.
Tumble & Tramp

6-8 years

This class is designed for beginner athletes working on basic skills in tumbling and on the trampoline. They will be working on proper skill progression and techniques following our Recreational Level Program. They will develop concepts of agility, balance, coordination and spatial awareness through the use of springs, landings, locomotion’s, stationary positions and rotations. We will be using the floor, tumble track and trampoline.
Advanced Tumble & Tramp

7-12 years

110 Minutes

This class is designed for advanced athletes who have completed at least 3 sessions of Tumble & Tramp. They will be working on advanced skills in tumbling and on the trampoline including limbers, walkovers, round-offs, shape jumps, connections on trampoline, etc. They will be working on proper skill progression and techniques following our Recreational Level Program. They will develop concepts of agility, balance, coordination and spatial awareness through the use of springs, landings, locomotion’s, stationary positions and rotations. We will be using the floor, tumble track and trampoline.

Prerequisites (by themselves): 

  • Handstand (3 second)
  • Cartwheel
  • Bridge Kick-over
  • Handstand into Bridge
  • Backbend into Bridge
  • Front Walkover
  • Back Walkover
Acro

     6-8 years       9-12 years

This class is designed for beginner to intermediate athletes working on basic tumbling skills including handstands, cartwheels, walkover progressions, etc. They will be working on proper skill progression and techniques following our Recreational Level Program. They will develop concepts of agility, balance, coordination and spatial awareness through the use of springs, landings, locomotion’s, stationary positions and rotations. We will be using the floor, tumble track and trampoline.
Advanced Acro

7-12 years

110 Minutes

This class is designed for advanced athletes who have completed at least 3 sessions of Acro. They will be working on advanced tumbling skills and connections including limbers, walkovers, round-offs, etc. They will be working on proper skill progression and techniques following our Recreational Level Program. They will develop concepts of agility, balance, coordination and spatial awareness through the use of springs, landings, locomotion’s, stationary positions and rotations. We will be using the floor, tumble track and trampoline.

Prerequisites (by herself):

Teen

13+ years

This class is designed for beginner athletes working on proper skill progression and techniques following our Recreational Level Program. They will develop concepts of agility, balance, coordination and spatial awareness through the use of swings, springs, landings, locomotion’s, stationary positions and rotations. We go to all events including vault, bars, beam, floor, tumble track, and trampoline.
