Party Package - $265+HST

Our Party Package Includes:

• Run by one of our fun and friendly Coaches! 
• One hour in the gym - full of games, Vault and Tumble-Trak, Bars, Beam, Floor, Rope and Rings, Trampoline, and our very own Jumping Castle!
• One hour in our Party Room - celebrate with friends/family!
• Host up to 8 kids, including the birthday child (included in the price)
• $15+HST per additional child (over 8 children), up to a maximum of 10 children.
  • If you would like to have more than 10 children attend (absolute maximum of 18), please confirm with the Recreational Director immediately after booking as we require a second Coach.

Important Information:

• What do we provide?
  • Invitations for all your guests (pick-up from the office during normal Office Hours)
  • Table coverings, plates, forks, spoons, knifes, cups, napkins.
• What if we want a themed party?
  • You are welcome to bring your own supplies as well as any decorations!
• What do you bring?
  • Your own food and drinks for the party room.
  • Gemini is a PEANUT FREE facility.
  • We have a fridge, freezer and microwave available for your use.
  • Each child should bring their own water bottle.
• What should the children wear?
  
  • fitted athletic clothing. (No zippers, buckles or jeans)
    • t-shirt, shorts, leggings, or gym suit
  • Non-slip socks.
    • must be worn at ALL times OR bare feet
  • No dresses, jeans, buckles, zippers, jewelry.
  • Long hair that covers the face, MUST be tied back.
• ONLY the parents hosting are required to stay inside the facility.
  
  • All children age 3 and under MUST be accompanied by an adult.
  • Children under the age of 16 months are free.
• One parent is permitted in the gym to take pictures and videos.
  • Please no flash photography! It can be distracting to the athletes.
  • Family of the guests can watch from upstairs in our Seating Room!
• When you arrive:
  • Please sign the waivers at the front door if you have no done so online.
  • Parents can then leave the facility OR proceed to the Seating Room to watch.
  • The children will go with a coach upstairs and all the way to the back to the Party Room.
  • Shoes will be taken off at the sliding glass door and can be placed in cubbies in the ballet room.
  • The coach will bring all the children downstairs to the gym together.

Rules and Policies July 2022-June 2023:

• There is a $50.00 + HST non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. The remainder is to be paid 1-week in advance of the party.
  • If you need to CANCEL or CHANGE the date, you MUST email (written proof) MORE than 7 days before the party. FULL Payment is still required if you do not show up on the day of and have not withdrawn more than 7 days before the party.
• $15+HST per additional child (over 8 children), up to a maximum of 10 children.
  • 8 Children (including the Birthday Child) are included in the price fo $250+HST.
  • Can be increased to a maximum of 18 children IF you have permission from the Rec Director
• A late fee of $15.00+HST will apply for each 15 minutes the party runs over.
• Please ensure ALL children's parents have signed the waiver before entering the gym (will be emailed before the party. Paper copies available upon request).
• Parents of the birthday child are expected to remain in the facility for the duration of the party.
  • 1 Parent of the Birthday Child may enter the gym (shoes off) to take photos
  • All other parents and guest families may watch from our Seating Room Upstairs.
• Outdoor footwear is NOT permitted in the gym.
• Children are NOT allowed to play in the ballet room.
• No food or drinks, other than water, are allowed in the gym.
• No alcoholic beverages or smoking is permitted in or around the facility.
• Listen to your coaches, and have fun!!!
