- For classes, in all cases, fees are non-refundable after the 10 day period once classes begin. - Children should wear comfortable, fitted athletic wear; they are welcome to wear a gym-suit or leotard if they would like, however, it is not required (no dresses, no jeans, nothing with buckles/zippers/strings, etc.).
- All children are to have Non-slip socks or barefoot when inside the gym.
- Long hair must be tied securely back and out of the face for safety reasons.
- Please do not wear any jewelry for safety reasons.
- Change rooms closed. Make sure to come in clothing ready to do gymnastics.

Remember to bring a water bottle that is labelled with your child’s name on it.

Please leave all valuables at home.
- We have leotards available for purchase at the gym - just ask the front desk to take you into the Proshop!
Please follow the direction of the one-way signs coming into the facility.
Parking is available in the south lot. If all the spaces in the South lot are full, there is additional parking available in the lot west of our facility (across the road). Please do not park anywhere but in the designated, labelled parking spots.
- Do not park along the curb or along the fence; it limits visibility and creates dangerous situations for the children and parents coming and going from our facility.
- Do not park in front of the airport gates.
- Do not park in handicap spots unless you have a handicap parking permit displayed on your vehicle.

There is NO PARKING on the driveway (other than in designated parking spots).

Do not park facing the wrong way on the road; all cars parked on the road are to be facing south to follow the direction of the road and one-way signs
DROP-OFF
- Parents will drive up to the main entrance and let their child out of their car to come into the building. Parents can also park, and walk with their child to the main door. Once the child is inside, the parent is allowed to leave.
- Driving & Parking: Please drive slowly and carefully on Stevenson Road; our driveway speed limit is 20km/hr. Please follow the direction of the one-way signs coming into the facility. Parking is available in the south lot. There is additional parking available in the lot west of our facility (across the road). Please do not park anywhere but in the designated, labeled parking spots
- It is very important you arrive on time (5 minutes before class).
- Parents participating in the Parent & Tot program are permitted in the gym (1 parent per athlete).
- The Seating Room (upstairs) is open with limited space. If necessary, please only 1 parent per athlete.
- Boomerang Policy: This is a program where families are asked to bring all of their garbage home with them. This includes all packaging, food waste, and diapers.
- Please only bring in non-spill containers (no coffee cups)
- Athletes will come into the lobby, give us their name, and we will tell them which coloured shoe rack to use!
- Athletes will remove their shoes in the front lobby and CARRY their shoes to their assigned ‘Athlete Shoe Racks’.
- Athletes will then proceed into the gym, and find a bench to sit on. They will meet their Coach there!
- Changerooms will be closed. We are asking you to send your athlete in clothing ready to do gymnastics! (example: tight shorts, a t-shirt or tighter top) NO buckles or zippers.
- Anyone feeling unwell, suspecting any cold symptoms, such as runny nose, cough, sore throat, fever etc. MUST STAY HOME.
PICK-UP
- Parents must park their car either at the back of the building (south side), and if the lot is full, they are requested to go across the road to park in the lot.
- Parents are to walk to the designated area marked with pylons located along the front of the building.
- Please be ready and waiting 5 minutes before class is over.
- Athletes will be dismissed from training one at a time through the changeroom emergency door labeled "Camp and Class Pick-Up"
- Athletes will not be dismissed unless a parent is present. They will not be dismissed if you remain in your car.
- A reminder there is NO PARKING in the driveway in front of the building.
- Children must be picked up on time or a late fee of $15+HST will be charged after 15 minutes.
- If picked up 30 minutes late, you will be charged $25+HST
The Waiting Room (upstairs) is open with limited space. If necessary, please only 1 parent per athlete.
There are 3 large windows and a TV monitor pointed at the Rec side for your convenience (you can wear shoes upstairs, just not in the change room & gym area). Please help keep this area clean and tidy.
There are NO fast food cups/coffee cups in the building. All beverages must be in MUST BE IN NON-SPILL TRAVEL CONTAINERS.
If you have food upstairs in the waiting area, please make sure to clean up after yourself, as even small crumbs can become a pest hazard. Please remember to bring all leftovers and garbage (including diapers) home with you as per our Boomerang Program.
In the waiting area, please be respectful and courteous of others; if you plan on reading, please leave the seating in front of the windows open for those who wish to view.
