What is your Refund Policy?
1. We are in compliance with your rights under the Consumer Protection Act.
2. For classes, in all cases, fees are non-refundable after the 10 day period. A refund will be issued within the 10 day period, and a $25 + HST cancellation fee will apply (per each class). Dated, written withdrawal is required. Non-attendance does not constitute notice of withdrawal.
3. If there is a medical reason, a credit will be offered (from the date the Doctor's Note is received) minus classes passed and a $25 + HST cancellation fee will apply (per each class). 4. In all cases, the annual G.O. Insurance & Registration fee of $31.00 + HST is non-refundable. Valid July 1st to June 30th each year.
How to I register my child?

You can also register in person at our facility during office hours if you prefer to pay Cash or Debit.
What should my child Wear to gym?
Girls may wear a body suit or tight fitting tank with shorts. Hair must be pulled neatly and securely away from the face. Boys should wear sport clothing, track shorts and a t-shirt; nothing with buckles or zippers. All athletes are to have bare feet. Coats and other personal items should be left in change rooms. Make sure all items and shoes are labelled with their name. with their name. Many coats and boots look alike; please be certain the ones you leave with are yours. Please leave all jewellery at home. Our staff will not be held responsible for any lost or stolen items.
Where do we park?
Parking is available in the south lot. There is additional parking available in the lot west of our facility. Please do not park anywhere but in the designated parking spots. Do not park along the curb or along the fence. It limits visibility and creates dangerous situations for the children and parents coming and going from our facility.
What is the arrival & pickup process?
Upon arrival, please remove your footwear in the front lobby. Children must carry their shoes to the shoe racks in the hall way and parents are to leave shoes on the “parent shoe rack” in the lobby. To avoid congestion in the change room area, your child can arrive 10 – 15 minutes before his/her scheduled class time to wait on the bench inside the gym. Once your child is in the gym, you are free to go. All athletes must wait inside the facility until they have been picked up by a parent. Please pick up your child on time. During peak times the parking lot is crowded; please follow the direction of the one way signs coming into the facility and drive slowly and carefully. Many coats and boots look alike; please be certain the ones you leave with are yours.
Can I be in the gym while my child is training?
Parents are not permitted in the gym unless participating in a Parent and Tot class. If you wish to stay, there is a parent waiting area located upstairs.
What is your waiting area etiquette?
Be respectful and courteous of others, if you plan on reading; please leave the seating in front of the windows open for those who wish to view. All beverages must be in non-spill containers. Please help keep this area clean and tidy. Gemini has adopted the “boomerang” program. When you leave, please bring all garbage including diapers home with you. Please do not leave siblings unattended.
Do you offer make up classes?
Make-up classes are only offered if it is a scheduled day off due to a holiday or competition. In cases of missed classes due to illness, vacation or any other reason, make-up classes are not offered.
How does Gemini communicate?
Communication regarding cancellations and upcoming events is done by email. Please print your email clearly on the information form for effective communication.
What are your Office Hours?
The office may not be open every hour the gym is active. Please note our office hours posted on our website as well as at our facility.
